Pilot Base Market Institute collects only what we need to seat a classroom in New Athos and to answer notes you send.

Data we hold

Name, email, telephone if you provide it, the session you asked about, and the text of your note. Attendance lists for fire and seating. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site because we do not process payments here.

Why

To confirm a chair, to tell you if a Saturday is full, and to keep a short record of private walkthrough appointments. Legal bases: your request for a session and our need to run the studio safely.

Where

Records stay with the institute in Georgia. Email is read at the Baratashvili Avenue desk. We do not sell lists.

How long

Enquiry notes: twelve months after the last reply, then deleted. Attendance lists: two years for studio administration, then destroyed.
