Terms of attendance

These terms apply to classroom training offered by Pilot Base Market Institute at 96 Baratashvili Avenue, New Athos, ბარათაშვილის გამზირი #96, ქალაქი ახალი ათონი. They cover mapping sessions only. This site is informational and does not execute trades or take payment.

What you receive

You receive a seat, printed historical charts for the drills of that day, instructor critique, and any take-home checklist named on the session page. You do not receive brokerage, managed accounts, or guaranteed mapping outcomes.

Eligibility

Sessions are for adults. You must be able to sit the published hours. Private walkthroughs require a prior group session unless an instructor waives that in writing.

Conduct in the room

Phones stay down during silent marking. You may not photograph another student’s charts. Instructors may end a seat without refund of the remaining hours if conduct prevents others from working.

Intellectual material

Checklists and annotated examples handed out in class remain institute material. You may keep your own marked pages. You may not copy the lab sequence as a paid offering under another name.

No advisory relationship

Chart examples are historical. Mapping is a drawing discipline. Nothing said at the table is personal investment advice.

Liability

The institute is responsible for running the booked classroom hours with reasonable care. We are not responsible for trading losses you incur after the session, nor for travel disruption to New Athos beyond rescheduling rules in the refund page.

Changes

Session dates may move if an instructor is ill. We offer a new date or the refund path described at /refund/.
